The topic quality check management in a company with particular reference to Emeinte Company Limited was purposefully designed to x-rayed the operational strategies and effects of quality check management system of the Emenite Manufacturing Company Limited.
The study become imperative due to increase in low quality output of many organizations, poor utilization of inputs (resources) inappropriate allocation of input and cost, and increased competition among products within the local and international markets.
The methodology used for the research was the operational research method. This method was used because of involved the application of the methods of science to complex problems arising in the direction and management of large systems of men, machines and materials and money in industry like Emenite Company Limited.
The data for the study was collected from the quality control department of the Emenite Company Limited.

This study which was aimed at x-raying the operational strategies and benefits of quality check managementi of Emenite Company Limited has technically empirically and theoretically examined the topic.
The properties of Emenite products like universal application, non-combustibility, Rot and Rust free, unique nature, wide range of accessories, cash effectiveness, completely weather proof, and availability in different colours was also discovered during the course of the study.
The findings as stated above are all in relation to other manufacturing company who produce similar products.
Based on the findings of the study, researcher therefore made the following recommendations.
(i) Good quality checks management system should be encouraged and adopted by every manufacturing and service organizations.
(ii) More qualified personnel should be trained to handle the job of quality check management or operation.
(iii) Companies and organization should pay more attention to this area of operation by providing the department with enough funds and other incentives.
(iv) Foreign technical experts should be involved where there is a need to improve the services of quality check in any organization.
